We want you to love your purchase from Limcart. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Easy 3-Day Return Guarantee

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order β€” no questions asked.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it within 3 days under our return policy. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
